Freedom of Information Act & Publication Scheme

Since 1st January 2005 the Freedom of Information Act 2000 has provided any enquirer with a statutory right of access to the information held by Public Authorities, subject to a number of exemptions.

Many of the requests we have received can be answered by information already available on our website or in our Publication Scheme, which we have a legal duty to adopt and maintain.

In addition to this we have created a Disclosure Log.

This Disclosure Log contains details of previous FOIA requests and our responses. Before making a request to us under the Freedom of Information Act, please refer to the Disclosure Log as your request may already have been answered. (Click here to view the Disclosure Log)

Please note that this log does not give access to everything that has been released under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as some responses consist of documents that are not held in electronic format.

Any information frequently requested will be added to the Trust's Publication Scheme/website.
