Welcome to the new website for the Milton Keynes Primary Care Trust (PCT).

If you think you have swine flu symptoms:

1st Ring the national Swine Flu Information Line (0800 1 513 513) or visit www.nhs.uk
2nd If you think your symptoms are swine flu, call the National Pandemic Flu line on 0800 1 513 100. You can also visit www.direct.gov.uk/pandemicflu. Please do not visit your GP, Pharmacy or accident or emergency.

(Please note the flu lines are closed between midnight and 8am)

YOU WILL BE ADVISED WHERE TO SEND YOUR FLU FRIEND IF YOU ARE GIVEN A UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMBER (URN) FOR ANTIVIRALS GIVEN FROM THE NATIONAL FLU PANDEMIC SERVICE

It will be one of three community pharmacies who are assisting with antiviral dispensing. Out of hours, your Flu Friend can collect antivirals from the Urgent Care Centre on the Hospital Campus.

If you are symptomatic, please DO NOT go to the collection point yourself. Please stay at home and recover.

Your Flu Friend will need idenfication both for themselves and for you. They will not be able to collect your antivirals without it. Please note that antivirals will not be provided without a URN. Antivirals will not be provided 'over the counter.'

Checklist:

1. Identification for yourself
2. Identification for your Flu Friend
3. Unique Reference Number (URN)

Your Flu Friend WILL NOT be given the antiviral medication unless all three items above are provided.

Improving Our Premises Environments

NHS Milton Keynes owns/leases and manages many properties across Milton Keynes and we are aware that the standard of premises is not uniform. Numerous and various services are delivered to our patients in these premises.

We are interested to know what our staff and patients opinions are of the premises where they receive our services and we hope that you will take the time to complete our questionnaire. The results of this survey will be published on our website.

Thank you for your time.
